Competition Terms & Conditions

At present there is no competition running.

1. To qualify to enter the Competition you must be resident in the United Kingdom and over 18 years old.
2. The competition is not open to employees of the Simply Group of companies, and employees and agents of relevant film distributors.
3. By entering this competition you are submitting your details to the Simply Media TV Productions Limited and are agreeing to receive updates for future competitions and promotions from us. You are able to unsubscribe from receiving these updates at any time.
4. All eligible responses must be received by midnight on the closing date.
5. Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on the day following the closing date and will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw date. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
7. Simply Media TV Productions Ltd reserves the right to amend or extend the Competition or these Rules at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be announced within these Rules.
8. In the unlikely event a winner cannot be contacted after all reasonable efforts have been made, the prize will no longer be available to that winner without any liability to the promoter. The promoter will draw another winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
9. The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
